Refund Policy

Digital content purchases

CosBuild sells access to digital tutorial content, which is supplied immediately rather than on any physical medium. Because access begins as soon as you buy, purchases are generally final once access has been granted, except where required by law or where something has gone wrong with the purchase.

Your withdrawal / cooling-off right (EEA/UK)

If you are in the EEA or UK, you may normally have a statutory right to withdraw from certain online purchases within a cooling-off period.

For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, your statutory withdrawal right may be lost once supply begins, but only if you gave prior express consent to immediate supply and acknowledged that you would lose that right once access begins.

Before payment or before access is granted, you may be asked to confirm:

“I request immediate access to this digital tutorial and understand that, once access begins, I may lose any statutory withdrawal or cooling-off right that would otherwise apply.”

If that consent and acknowledgment are not properly obtained where required, your withdrawal rights may continue and you may not have to pay for access during the withdrawal period.

When we will review a refund request

CosBuild will review refund requests where:

  • you were charged but did not receive access to the tutorial you purchased;
  • the tutorial content was significantly different from what was described on the sales page;
  • a technical error on CosBuild’s side prevented you from accessing the content;
  • you were charged more than once for the same tutorial;
  • applicable law requires a refund.

CosBuild may decline refunds where access was provided and the issue is buyer preference, lack of time, change of mind, buyer skill level, material/tool cost, or results differing because of buyer execution, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

How to request a refund

Contact support@cosbuild.com with your order details, the email used for purchase, the tutorial purchased, and a brief explanation. We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.

For purchases processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, approved refunds may be processed through Lemon Squeezy’s checkout/payment flow.

Chargebacks

If something seems wrong, please contact CosBuild first. We can usually investigate faster than your bank.

Opening a chargeback may result in suspension or loss of access to the tutorial while the dispute is reviewed. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may lead to account restriction.

Our commitment

CosBuild aims to be fair to both buyers and creators. If something genuinely went wrong with your purchase, contact us and we will review it.
