Creator Terms

Last updated 7 June 2026

1. Agreement

These Creator Terms are between you and Lucas Viegas Ruiz Inoi de Oliveira, trading as “CosBuild”, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“CosBuild”). By applying to become a creator, submitting tutorial content, or accepting the creator agreement boxes on the application, you agree to these Creator Terms, the Creator Payout Policy, the Content Rules, the Privacy Policy, and any tutorial submission rules shown to you.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to be a creator.

2. Becoming a creator

You apply to become a CosBuild creator, and CosBuild may approve, decline, suspend, or remove creator access at its discretion. You agree to give accurate information about yourself, your creator profile, your payout details, and your content, and to keep that information up to date.

CosBuild may ask for additional information before approving you or paying you if needed for legal, tax, payment, banking, safety, fraud-prevention, or platform-policy reasons.

3. Your content and the licence you grant

You keep ownership of the original tutorial content you create.

You grant CosBuild a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, display, reproduce, format, edit for presentation, promote, market, sell access to, and deliver your submitted tutorial content through the CosBuild platform. This includes using submitted titles, descriptions, images, thumbnails, previews, excerpts, creator profile information, and tutorial assets for CosBuild pages, emails, social previews, ads, search results, and platform promotion.

This licence lasts while your tutorial is published and for as long as needed to:

  • operate CosBuild;
  • provide access to buyers who purchased while the tutorial was live;
  • handle refunds, disputes, legal requests, takedowns, and record-keeping;
  • enforce these Terms and protect the platform.

4. Your tutorial materials and third-party IP

You confirm that the tutorial materials you submit to CosBuild — including your written instructions, photos, videos, files, patterns, templates, descriptions, and similar materials — are created by you or used with permission.

You may reference characters, franchises, brands, games, anime, movies, studios, publishers, official products, and supplier links as part of fan-made educational tutorial content. However, you must not present your tutorial, CosBuild, your creator page, or any related content as official, licensed, sponsored, approved, or endorsed by any rights holder unless you have written permission.

You must not upload stolen content, pirated files, counterfeit product links, misleading official branding, official logos, official artwork, ripped game files, scans, emblems, badges, copyrighted files, or other third-party materials unless you have the necessary rights or permission.

5. Creator responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • the accuracy and quality of your tutorials;
  • making sure your tutorial matches the sales page;
  • including reasonable safety warnings where tools, heat, blades, adhesives, resins, paints, solvents, chemicals, fumes, sanding, electronics, or similar risks are involved;
  • keeping your payout details accurate;
  • complying with the Content Rules;
  • promoting your tutorials if you want sales.

Sales depend heavily on creator promotion. CosBuild provides the platform and sales infrastructure, but does not guarantee sales, revenue, followers, visibility, or conversion.

6. Revenue share and payouts

When someone buys access to your tutorial, you earn a revenue share of the eligible net sale according to the Creator Payout Policy and your creator settings.

Your revenue share percentage is shown to you or agreed with you and is recorded at the time of each sale. Later changes to your revenue share do not affect sales that already happened unless CosBuild and you agree otherwise.

7. Review, editing, and removal

CosBuild may review, edit for formatting/presentation, approve, reject, unpublish, remove, disable, or restrict tutorials, creator profiles, links, files, previews, or accounts for quality, safety, legal, rights-holder, payment-provider, fraud, banking, or platform-policy reasons.

CosBuild may also remove content in response to takedown requests, rights-holder complaints, payment-provider requirements, legal obligations, or safety concerns.

8. Buyer access after purchase

Buyers generally keep access to tutorials they purchased while the tutorial was live. However, CosBuild may remove, disable, restrict, or change access if required for legal, safety, rights-holder, payment-provider, fraud, chargeback, technical, or platform-policy reasons.

If you unpublish a tutorial, stop being a creator, or close your creator account, CosBuild may continue providing access to buyers who purchased before removal unless access must be restricted for one of the reasons above.

9. Independent creator relationship

You are an independent creator/content provider. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, franchise, representative, or joint venture relationship between you and CosBuild.

You are not authorized to bind CosBuild, speak on CosBuild’s behalf, or represent that you are an employee, agent, partner, or official representative of CosBuild.

10. Ending this arrangement

Either you or CosBuild may end this creator arrangement at any time.

Sections that by their nature should continue — including the licence needed to keep serving existing buyers, payment obligations for completed eligible sales, content responsibility, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity/responsibility, dispute provisions, and record-keeping — survive after the arrangement ends.

11. Disclaimers, responsibility, and indemnity

CosBuild is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CosBuild does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, sales, earnings, discoverability, buyer demand, or any specific result from publishing a tutorial.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CosBuild is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, or similar damages.

You agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your breach of these Terms, your violation of the Content Rules, your payout details, your promotion of your tutorials, or allegations that your submitted tutorial materials infringe third-party rights.

12. Changes

CosBuild may update these Creator Terms. Material changes will be shown by a new version or date. Continuing to use CosBuild as a creator after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (Emirate of Dubai), and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
